Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the client applications operated by Symbolic Systems LLC (“Symbolic Systems,” “we,” “us”). The applications are private services provided to specific organizations. If you access an application on behalf of an organization, a separate signed agreement between Symbolic Systems and that organization governs the service; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Access and accounts
This site is informational. The client applications are restricted to authorized users of the relevant organization, who reach them through that organization’s single sign-on. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and you must use the applications only for the organization that authorized your access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another organization, to probe or circumvent security or access controls, to disrupt the service, or to use the applications for any unlawful purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by a governing agreement or applicable law.
Client data
Data that an organization provides or that we process on its behalf belongs to that organization. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and in the governing client agreement, and we use it only to provide the contracted service.
Intellectual property
The software, designs, and content of this site and the applications are owned by Symbolic Systems or its licensors, except for content an organization supplies. Nothing here transfers ownership of our software or brand.
Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the applications available and accurate, but the site and applications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Analytical outputs, forecasts, and flags are decision-support tools, not professional, financial, or legal advice; the operating organization remains responsible for its own decisions and records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbolic Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or applications. Any liability arising from the operation of a client platform is governed by the limitations set out in the applicable signed agreement.
