Symbolic Systems LLC (“Symbolic Systems,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds, and operates custom AI-native software platforms for our clients. This policy explains what information we handle through this site and the applications we operate, and how we protect it. It does not change the terms of any separate agreement between Symbolic Systems and a client; where a signed agreement or data-processing addendum applies, that agreement governs.
Information we handle
This marketing site collects no personal information from visitors and does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It is not indexed by search engines.
The client applications we operate are accessible only to authenticated users of the relevant organization. Within those applications we process the business data each client directs us to process — for example accounting records, operational metrics, and the account information of the client’s own authorized users — strictly to provide the contracted service.
How we use information
We use client business data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the specific platform we provide to that client. We do not sell client data, and we do not use one client’s data to benefit another.
Authentication and access are managed through established identity providers. We log access and significant actions within the applications to support security, auditing, and reliability.
How we protect information
Client data is access-controlled so that each organization can reach only its own data, and is isolated at the data layer. Access by Symbolic Systems staff is limited to what is required to operate the service and is itself logged.
We use reputable infrastructure and storage providers and apply encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we operate.
Subprocessors and third parties
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers (for hosting, databases, storage, and authentication) and, where a client has authorized it, integrations with the systems of record that client already uses. We share data with these providers only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention and your rights
We retain client data for as long as we operate the relevant platform, and we return or delete it in accordance with the governing client agreement on termination.
If you are an authorized user of one of our client applications and want to access, correct, or remove information about you, contact the organization that administers your account, or reach us at the address below and we will route the request appropriately.
